Periods can be very painful and make women's life hard, here are some tips I fond really helpful. This post are created to help and for everybody to read , however it can not be the right for some girls. Take care of your selves.
-Use a period tracker to be more prepared and have a date when your period starts. (apps: clue, Period Calendar, Eve Tracker app, Flo period and ovulation , Period diary).
-If your are surprised by your period and you have no tampons or pads, go to a bathroom and fold paper and use it as a pad (use this method only when you are in an emergency), ask friends for pads and tampons or go to the infirmary of your school.
-Bring a cosmetic bag with pads/tampons/undies every day to school so you can be prepared if your period comes unexpected an if a girl needs it you can save her by giving her one (never share undies).
-When you shower make sure to clean very well and use soap that is designed for feminine cleansing wash.
-Stay hydrated and drink a lot of water, sometimes drinking water can help to shorten your period length.
-Buy period panties (Tomies) if it makes you more confortable. https://www.tomiesonline.com/period-products.html
-To help with cramps do exercise as walking or jogging, you do not need a crazy amount of exercise, a light jog is good.
-Have snacks in your backpack that are rich in iron as spinach and kale.
-Wear comfy and dark clothes to be confortable and you would not see stains in it.
-Drink ginger hot tea to help with cramps, nausea and inflammation.
